yes. i'm tired.

i've been scanning industrial relations cases all day. only another two weeks to go ...
austlii can be a real pain in the ... trying to get the search engine to spit out relevant results in some kind of manageable order. the industrial relations commission of australia, where most of the relevant cases come from, only holds cases from 1997. bitch of a thing is that i can find every one of the foundational cases i'm looking for except for one. can't find it anywhere. it seems to be missing from austlii.

crap.

i'm going to have to visit a library and get a hard copy ... and scan the damn thing ... just what i want to be doing on the weekend.
