i thought the problem was a total credibility failure on the part of the politicians.
no, apparently those clever people over in spook central(s) can't seem to get anything right. must be great to be a spook at the moment.
how do politicians manage the intellectual juggle of arguing that intel needs bigger budgets to get results, but the results they get are flawed ... oh, hang on. they're politicians - grey is the new black.
