I've been wondering this for a while -- what is your icon picture? It looks a bit like an eyeball comming appart into layers to me, but I'd bet my impression is a bit far from the reality.

BTW, thanks for the good thoughts! You ROCK too!

the image is a colour-inverted image of a stellar object: NGC 2392 (Clown Face/Eskimo Nebula) indeed the original image http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap000124.html

"The Hubble telescope reopened its "eye" on the universe following a successful December 1999 servicing mission by imaging a Sun-like star, dubbed the "Eskimo Nebula" (NGC 2392 and a hefty cluster of galaxies, Abell 2218."

my original lj icon was a miniturised version of the original hubble image. when i changed from white-on-black to black-on-white, naturally, i inverted the image. and behold, an even more eye-like result :)

[i'm fascinated by eyes, btw.]

Groovy baby! I love it!

It does look a bit more eskimo-ish than eyeball-ish.

I've been studying too much -- everything is starting to look medical to me. ;-)

i read a little storybook in the state library that introduced me to the basic concepts. printed sheets. ooh! i like papery things.

i'm pretty much already a 'master black belt' - and that'd be the kind of job that i'd love to do. does seem overly prescriptive. (nice way to make money though.)

still no idea how to get past the hr security and get to try working above pleb entry level though.
