1. What is your favorite childhood memory? Oh why did I ask this? There as soooo many!! I guess all the ones that involved swimming were pretty damned good. Probably the best of those was the stay-up-all night sleep over at the pool. By far the most exciting thing our parents ever let us do.
2. Were you afraid of cooties? Yes it was the first indication that i might be a hypochondriac
3. Did you have an imaginary friend? TYes. i cannot disclose their names however.
4. Who was your favorite teacher? Jan Bright, 11th grade English teacher, Mock Trial coach, overall brilliant human being.
5. What cartoon character graced your lunchbox? I had brown bags. But if had a lunch box, it probably would have been Holly Hobby.
Today:

5. What will you have for dinner (or did you have for dinner)? Leftover spring lasagna (made with Rachel Ray's super speedy ravioli substitue method), salad, a glass of wine.
Tomorrow:
1. Do you have a dream? What is it? There's a post some where in here about the fanatasy law firm. That's one of the dreams. The other one involves a house situated on the side of a mountain above a river, a nice golden retriever and a man.
2. Do you have a plan? What is it? See again the post about the fanatsy law firm. My short term plan includes goofing off somemore, maybe giving myself a facial and having another glass of wine, and going to bed early.

5. What color shirt will you wear and why? Not green because I wore green today. Probably light blue silk because it looks good over khakis and I need to go to happy hour for the Red Clay conference after work.
Re: hey no body said you had to jump on my bandwagon...
shopping. yeah. should do that more often myself.
Tomorrow:
1. Do you have a dream? What is it? There's a post some where in here about the fanatasy law firm. That's one of the dreams. The other one involves a house situated on the side of a mountain above a river, a nice golden retriever and a man.
i take it you thought about how the last part of this reads before you posted ... or maybe it's just my damn warped brain ... ;)
4. What thing did you forget/procrastinate today that you absolutely have to do tomorrow? Prepare for the fatality review meeting and do my time sheet. I also should call all those people I owe raffle tickets to, including the hot doctor from the hospital.
ah, a man ...
Re: If you didn't know me- you should now.
1. What is your favorite childhood memory?
telling the lady down the road that i had no food- she always had a horde of Kit-Kats and everyone on the street knew it. I got my Kit-Kats.
hooray for kit-kats! they were one of my favourite
bribesrewards as a smaller person.2. Were you afraid of cooties?
Nah, had no time to be afraid... changed too many schools and missed that luxury- as well as long division... and still can't do that.
i had to try to figure out what 'cooties' were ... long time, too many other names ...
i can do long division. it's multiplication tables and stuff i got to miss out on during childhood school/continent swapping.
3. Did you have an imaginary friend?
Bloody oath i did. His name was Vladimir and he was a russian soldier. He had an ammo strap and everything. Very cool. But he still wore the scarf his mum knitted for him- coz russia's cold, y'know.
cool! most of my imaginary friends were nerdy ...
4. Who was your favorite teacher?
Mrs Marks. She was my English teacher. I loved English, and learnt to associate her with a subject i loved- henceforth the reason for liking the teacher...
mr boyle was my favourite teacher. maths was excrutiating - the only subject i really didn't have a clue in [actually not true, i understood it, i was just no good at applying that to problems.] we had a ball in year 12. despite being the worst [of five] in his pes maths 1 & 2 classes, he always gave a damn, and always treated me like the bright, but confused, student i was. {he's still my role model for teaching.}
5. What cartoon character graced your lunchbox?
None. I stuck to the plain ones. Suited my personality.
i had too many to remember. mostly ones that worked.
Today:
2. What was your biggest accomplishment today?
Eating three plates of Easter lunch, then turning to the chocolate...
so much food! [pines for chokkie]
3. What was the biggest waste of time today?
Nothing's ever a waste of time. You just gotta put it in the right perspective. Everything can have a good twist to it.
atta girl!
4. If you went to work/school only to find out you had the day off, what would you have done with your day and who would you have spent it with?
I'd go home. To my cat. She's been going crazy lately- i leave her alone too often. I'd try to fix that.
pussy cats good.
5. What will you have for dinner (or did you have for dinner)?
Nothing. Lunch too big.
Tomorrow:
1. Do you have a dream? What is it?
To be an officer in the Army.
an officer of which variety? i've been considering the legal corps (being a lawyer, an all - with an interest in military law ;)
2. Do you have a plan? What is it?
I'm going to France next yr, then i'm going... in the army. Strangely enough, to be an officer. Don't ask me how...
vive la france! [and my french no longer gets much beyond that. and counting.]
3. What is your biggest hope?
To be happy.
an achievable one! you be a sensible lass. mind you, as a hope it leaves one to wonder if you're happy now ...
4. What thing did you forget/procrastinate today that you absolutely have to do tomorrow?
You never HAVE to do anything. Everything can be put off for a certain amount of time, and then can be considered to old to worry about. Take school, for example. Once you're 28 and haven't gone to school since 3rd grade, you wouldn't be about to go back..!
procrastination's great! mate, procrastinations great!
[the army not be too down with it though ...]
5. What color shirt will you wear and why?
I'll wear... um... probably black. Because it's all i have. Maybe white. Okay, so i don't just have black, but... hey, i'm a girl, you reckon i'd know what i'm wearing??? That's too simple, i've got three hours of fretting to do tomorrow over that question!!!
my choice is made easier by my lack of wardrobe scope and variety. the weather pretty much decides it for me.
gotta bbq at a friends place for lunch. then meet someone in the city in the evening.
