done me good to discover i'm letting go of the old relationship. moving on.

and have the guts to actually go up and talk to her.

we get along well, and we have common ground.

and i'm free to chat-up the attractive brunette at the local boost juice store ... melanie likes to wear purple and blushes when complimented.

actually, she was on my side of the counter - another patron - visiting her friend, karen, who works there.

and it was only hours after the previous disappointment too ... bounced back real fast (unlike the unreal kind ?)

my ms rant actually related directly to this post: note the revised version that appeared minutes later.

seems i was too busy trying to get a chance to chat to her to think about the basics.

anyway, we get along well. pretty much everyone makes fun of my propensity to talk. and it is recognised that i have empowered others to open up and give us a serve of their opinions. hell, if i can get away with it - surely they can too ...
