maelorin at 11:31pm on 22/04/2004just spent quarter of an hour trying to figure out why all of a sudden i couldn't get pages from the usa to load.
restarted my browser. tried traceroute. ping. nothing out of the ordinary.
then i was reminded about proxy settings. they've changed recently. i've installed a new browser.
guess what i've just added to the config.
all is well. [it seems i'm still a stupid human ...]
