someone who makes comments specifically to get a reaction. they go 'trolling' for reactions. [eg posting anti-semetic garbage in a jewish forum, or something equally 'controvertial']

the term originated in usenet (news) and was adopted by irc (internet relay chat) users.

i have a special club for hitting them with.
