* never give up; because eventually the other guy will run out of steam.
* never stop explaining the why of your point of view.
* listen to the other guy; he just might tell you what he needs to be convinced to move to your side of the argument.
* sieze every and any opportunity to make a difference.
* admit your mistakes, and learn from them. try not to repeat them.
* everyone has something they can teach others, and something they can learn from them.
* i can't sing. i probably can't dance. but i can talk a little [too much]. [and my swordplay is a bit ordinary].

I think the thing about singing and dancing is that they are both great things to do for the soul even if we arnt very good at them ;)
