it is fascinating to watch how many people stumble with computers because computers do what you tell them to do, not what you expect them to do.
unlike most people, computers do not second guess you (perhaps with the annoying exception of microsoft software - but that is really people trying to second-guess you - and blindly so [they're really guessing what they'd expect you were expecting ...])
you tell a computer to delet a file and it does. You ask it to highlight text, or change the font. presto! doen with a keystroke or a mouse click.
smiling at it, yelling at it, drinking beer near it, makes no difference (anless you attempt to share your beer with the computer ... which is a terrible waste of beer and computer)
