AArrgghh! Livejournal!

I am getting very, very annoyed by the constant lag and time-outs to the LJ servers.

I am seriously considering moving elsewhere. such as my multiply account.

i get a lot of server timeouts. could be any number of bottlenecks between sunny adelaide and ... where is it? california now?

mostly i suspect lj needs more servers + bandwidth.

as a free account, i suspect i get lower priority.

I have an account on Multiply and did use it for awhile- might again- but considering how many other accounts (LJ, GreatestJournal, MySpace) I already have and need to establish reasons for having, in a way...!

this has been a global *no getty lj anything, anytime* not even after a reload - which has usually solved the problem.

damnably annoying.

but i'm not fleeing lj, just annoyed with the constant timeouts at their end.

having to resend every post, and "preview" every comment, before their servers will accept my posts is beginning to subdue my enthusiasm for regular lj use ...

last few days, everything lj has timed out. repeatedly. everytime.

been damnably annoying.

i can now get lj pages to load, but only one at a time.

posting still required a resend or two.
