Sadly, that is true. Even a master's degree doesn't mean much here, except that the person has the patience to hang around a university for an extra year or two.

Aside from the faulty spelling, grammar and conception, the red box on the diagram doesn't even match my score.

increasingly, master's degrees mean less and less here - coursework masters merely require some time and some money. the latter being the bigger impost.
